Are You a Problem Finder or a Solution Seeker?

This week, I am sharing a past Facebook Live broadcast with some ideas about what (or who!) might be keeping you stuck. In this 20-minute video, I’m asking you to light a match in a dark place, but I promise, it’s for your own good!

      Hi Dee,

      I hear you. It can be incredibly difficult to adjust to a new normal especially when you’re blindsided, hurt, or scared. I’ll wager a guess that you’ve dealt with difficult things before. It might be worth it to remind yourself that you can do “hard.” That’s not saying it’ll be pleasant, but I bet you have more moxie than you realize right now. What is one super-small step you could take right now to move toward readjusting? That might be letting yourself have a cry; getting pissed; brainstorming a list of ideas; etc. Check in to see what you need right now in this moment and find a creative way to give it to yourself. And know that there are people in the world who don’t even know you personally who are pulling for you! (that’s me!)
