Are You a Problem Finder or a Solution Seeker?
This week, I am sharing a past Facebook Live broadcast with some ideas about what (or who!) might be keeping you stuck. In this 20-minute video, I’m asking you to light a match in a dark place, but I promise, it’s for your own good!
After you had a chance to check it out, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
- Did you recognize yourself ?
- Did I hold up a helpful — or perhaps, uncomfortable — mirror?
- Did you come up with any small steps you could take to shake off the negativity?

I’m not usually negative but a big change in my life makes readjusting hard.
Hi Dee,
I hear you. It can be incredibly difficult to adjust to a new normal especially when you’re blindsided, hurt, or scared. I’ll wager a guess that you’ve dealt with difficult things before. It might be worth it to remind yourself that you can do “hard.” That’s not saying it’ll be pleasant, but I bet you have more moxie than you realize right now. What is one super-small step you could take right now to move toward readjusting? That might be letting yourself have a cry; getting pissed; brainstorming a list of ideas; etc. Check in to see what you need right now in this moment and find a creative way to give it to yourself. And know that there are people in the world who don’t even know you personally who are pulling for you! (that’s me!)
Thank you Kerri. As usual, you are validating, compassionate and real.
You’re welcome, Daun! I’m glad you found it helpful.
Thanks for sharing this Kerri, just the “shot in the arm” I needed:-)
