Start 2027 without that project on your list.

The space you’ve wanted to declutter.

That course you haven’t launched.

The book you keep meaning to finish.

The website that’s been “almost done” since spring.

The certification, the program, the project that’s been sitting there – not abandoned, just… stalled.

And every year-end, it’s the same feeling: making a list of what you did this year, and quietly leaving that one thing off it. Again.

You don’t want to carry it into 2027. You want to close out this year having finished the thing, not planned it better, not felt more motivated about it, finished it.

You’ve probably tried the usual things.

A new planner. A productivity system. Blocking off “focus time” that got eaten by everything else. Telling yourself you’d just be more disciplined this time. Maybe even a course on the exact project you’re stuck on – more information was never really the problem.

None of that failed because you’re lazy or unfocused. It failed because it was missing the one ingredient that actually makes people follow through: accountability.

Not someone to motivate you. Someone to notice when you go quiet. Someone whose Friday call you don’t want to show up to empty-handed. That’s not a personality flaw to fix. That’s just how follow-through actually works for most people, most of the time.

Here's what 12 weeks with real structure and real people around you can get you instead:

A finished thing

Not "more clarity" or "a better mindset" — an actual result on the one goal you came in with, because you had 12 weeks of dedicated time and pressure built specifically to get you there.

Proof you can trust yourself again

Every week you show up and do the work is evidence — for you — that you're someone who follows through. That compounds way past these 12 weeks.

A repeatable system

You'll leave knowing exactly what structure gets you moving so the next goal doesn't require starting from zero, or another program.

A small group of people who know your work

Not networking-event acquaintances — people who watched you build this, hit walls, and get through them. That doesn't disappear when the program ends.

How You'LL Get There

Weeks 1–4

Get clear on the one thing

Weeks 5–8

Push through the stall point

Weeks 9–11

Final sprint and integration

Week of Dec 28

Closing circle (bonus)

Twelve weeks. One goal. Weekly planning, dedicated working time, live coaching when you’re stuck, and a place to check in so nothing falls through the cracks between calls.

Every Week

Monday – Together we plan your most realistically-productive week, then we all spend one Pomodoro round (25 minutes) working on something from our list. Those in the Done By December program have the option to stick around for another 25-minute Pomodoro round to get even more done.

Friday – Live group coaching (hot-seat, troubleshooting, whatever’s stuck).

A private check-in thread right on your course dashboard to keep you on track between calls.

(No Friday call the weeks of Thanksgiving or Christmas because rest is part of the plan too.)

Is This For You?

This is for you if

✓You have one specific thing you've been meaning to finish
✓You've tried to do it alone and know that doesn't work for you
✓You can show up live most Mondays and Fridays
✓You're willing to be honest, even when the answer is "I didn't do it"

This probably isn't for you if

✕You're still deciding what your "one thing" is
✕You need total flexibility, no weekly rhythm
✕You're looking for 1:1 attention, not a group

Sound like you?

Common Questions

Life happens – that’s part of why this exists. Missing one week isn’t a failure; the check-in thread and recordings mean you’re never starting over from zero.

That’s normal, and it’s addressed directly in Week 4’s check-in. The goal can flex – the commitment to showing up doesn’t.

Both. Friday is live coaching. The rest of the week is structure and support so the coaching actually sticks.

There’s no “behind.” Everyone’s working on their own thing, at their own pace – the group is there for support and momentum, not comparison.

For the Friday coaching calls, it is preferred that you are. That’s part of what makes the coworking and coaching actually work. It’s a small group, not a webinar. Of course, it’s not a dealbreaker!

You’ll leave with a repeatable structure for follow-through, plus the relationships from the group. The bonus closing call is specifically for naming what’s next.
