Resolving to LOSE WEIGHT - Again?

How would you like a kinder, gentler, and more
effective approach to your health goals?

Join me for my FREE Webinar and I'll show you how I did it!

Happy New Year!

It’s that time of year when we’re inundated with empty-promise ads about easy weight loss – the next magic supplement, secret exercise, or revolutionary recipe. Well, my friend, that’s all CRAP because

Weight loss is an inside job, so let’s cut through the bullshit.

We all know the real “secret” to weight loss — eat smarter and exercise more. So why aren’t we all thin and happy? Because there’s more to it than that.

It breaks my heart to think of how many people will start the New Year beating themselves up. Whether you’ve got 5 pounds to lose or 205, I want to help you take a kinder, gentler, and more effective approach to your weight loss goals.

Over the past 2+ years, I have lost — and kept off — more than 70 pounds. More importantly, I have found me.

You wanna know my secret? I learned to love myself at the weight I was so I no longer needed that 70-pound suit of armor to protect myself from my own mental abuse — messages like:

“Ugh, I’m so fat.”

“I’ll never lost this weight.”

“What’s wrong with me?”

“It’s ridiculous how bad I’ve let things get.”

Can you relate?

Once I worked at and learned how to stop this madness, I no longer needed the weight. After all, extra pounds are just another form of clutter. If they weren’t serving a purpose, we’d be able to get rid of them.

For my FREE, 75-minute webinar where I’ll share more about my journey, and how I finally, after decades of trying, achieved my weight loss success.

During our time together, we’ll cover:

  • The unconventional, but basic strategies I’ve used to live healthier, from the inside out,
  • The significance of making your pursuit all about you (and not your spouse, your kids, your parents),
  • How your weight might be serving you, and what you can do to get that need met in a healthier way,
  • Shifting the inner chatter from negative to encouraging,

  • The importance of loving yourself where you’re at to get where you want to be,
  • Tips on how to be more conscious with your food choices,
  • Strategies for staying the course during the ups and downs,
  • Ideas for building a consistent movement habit,
  • And a whole lot more

It’s not about willpower or a simple desire. Who doesn’t want to be healthier? If that were all it took, our world’s obesity rate wouldn’t be so terrifyingly high.

During my years of struggle, I wish I had someone who shared, candidly with me, their experience, the ups and downs, the losses and gains, the insights and a-has. I want to be that person for YOU. Please join me.
