In my years of coaching, I’ve found that sometimes, people I’ve spoken to could really benefit from a laser-focused session where we set out to address a specific aspect of their life where they feel stuck. Since beginning to offer Laser Sessions, I’m continuously amazed at how much ground we cover in 45 minutes.

We may get started with the situation at hand, but inevitably, the conversation goes deeper, and clients are often surprised where we end up — with the specific area addressed, and so much more.

If you think you could use a kick-start, a fresh perspective, and some action steps, then a Laser Session is for you. Consider these questions:

• Have you ever found yourself in a particular situation and you can’t seem to find a doorway out?
• Do you need to have a difficult conversation with a friend or family member about a specific subject and you could use some help with the language?
• Has it become clear that you need to set a boundary, but you don’t know how to go about it?
• Does it seem like everyone around you is making the moves you wish you could make?

In our 45-minute session, I’ll help you step back from your situation, and suggest some best ways to handle it, including guidance on how to do just that. We’ll not only handle the particular scenario you come to the call with, but we’ll also touch upon the possible sources, or deeper issues, of what’s going on.

During our call, we’ll pull from lots of tools and areas of my services, including the hidden message in your procrastination, how to partner up with your fear and resistance; we may talk about exercises to bring your energy back into your body, the powerful act of cord cutting, and “spinning” someone out of your energy field. Intuitive guidance is a common part of my work with clients as well. Whatever shows up as your needs during our session, we’ll be sure to address them.

The key to these sessions is specificity, hence the term “laser”. A specific, targeted situation with which you could use some objective help is the best launching pad.
