		<description>Thank you so much Kerri for writing about your first experience here. How exciting! I know what you mean about your first time here and the aha moment of a top ten. Long before I worked here I brought my children when they were little. The look on their faces has been burned into my mind and I hope I never forget it. They still talk about it with their friends when they tell them where their mom works. Working here has only enhanced that experience for me as I have a new adventure, however small, every day. Stop in the office sometime to share yours and to find out if anything new is happening.</description>
